• Promotional pricing is valid only during the promotional period and may not be applied retroactively.

• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. All promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed treatments or promotional purchases unless required by law.

• Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the specified time frame.

• By undergoing treatment, you accept all associated risks and release Estetika Med Spa and its affiliates from liability for any adverse outcomes unless caused by negligence.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Broward County, Florida.
